Lost or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 12 hours of delivery along with a photo for reference. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and make things right for you. In case your package goes missing in transit, don’t worry—just contact us as soon as you can, and we’ll work closely with the shipping carrier to track it down or arrange a replacement for you.
Order Cancellation:
We’re happy to cancel your order if the item hasn’t been personalized yet.
