Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused and in original condition
- Includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Please note that returns that do not meet these conditions may be respectfully declined.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process:

- Please include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable)
- Our team will reply with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number
Kindly note that returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- We cover the return shipping cost only if the item is damaged or has a manufacturer defect.
- For all other return reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and secure delivery.
- Please note, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund is approved:
- The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or card provider.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

- Include your order number and clear photos of the item
We’ll offer either a replacement (if available) or a full refund, based on your preference and product availability. In such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs.
Exchanges
As all our products are personalized and handmade, we do not accept exchanges due to a change of mind or personal preference after receiving the item.
Exchanges are only possible in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part or during shipping.
