At Haven of Jewels, our goal is to bring joy and elegance with every order. If you are not completely satisfied with any non-personalized item, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after 30 days.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Personalized Items
Due to the custom nature of personalized jewelry, we do not accept returns on personalized items. These pieces are specially crafted just for you! However, if your personalized item arrives with a defect, we will replace it at no additional cost. If you’re unhappy with your personalized item, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll do our best to make things right.
Please note: Once a personalized order is placed, we begin production immediately, so cancellations are not possible.
Return/Exchange Instructions
To initiate a return, exchange, or refund request, please contact us at [email protected]. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to appear in your account.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to reflect in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
